Kareena replaced Ash From No.1 position

Kareena Kapoor is excited after replacing Aishwarya Rai in Filmfare's power list. The actress says the position is both flattering and scary as it comes with a lot of responsibilities

Kareena, who was seen in last year's hit 'Golmaal Returns', admits the power comes not just from the movies, but also the products that one endorses.
'But I make sure the products reflect my personality. I'm endorsing 10 brands. Saif and I are endorsing just one brand together. We're going easy on signing together,' she said
Q: It's quite an honour to zoom to the top 10 of the power list and to be the only woman there.
A: It's flattering. And it's scary. Lots of responsibilities. My power comes from my honesty to myself and to my work. I've always done things that come naturally from my heart. It's amazing that I'm in the power list although I've never applied much thought to the process of getting there. I'm all heart, as you well know. At the end of the day, being true to myself is very important.

Q: Earlier Aishwarya Rai was in the Top 10 list.
A: Yes, I know. Everyone has a chance to be in a certain position. I think Aishwarya has had a great innings. I think it's a great honour to be where she was in the power list. Power equations in the entertainment industry change minute by minute. I'm definitely going to try my best to hold that position.
The position makes me feel very responsible. I want to keep doing the kind of work that will keep me in that list. Last year I was seen in a successful film 'Golmaal Returns' where I didn't have a pivotal role. Strangely audiences expect me to take centre stage all the time.
Q: How much of this power comes in a package with beau Saif Ali Khan?
A: We can't deny he's also one of the hottest actors in the industry. I think we are blend of looks and spirit. Saif and I are very alike. He also follows his heart and is very honest in what he does. Whether it's his professional or personal life, he comes clean.
Q: So will you continue to be known as Kareena Kapoor after marriage?
A: I haven't thought of it. Kareena Kapoor Khan sounds good. I leave the decision to Saif.

Q: Did (close friend) Amrita Arora's marriage make you wishful for your own?
A: I am with Saif constantly. For us, marriage is just a piece of paper.

Kambakkht Ishq (Hindi: कमबख़्त इश्क़) is a forthcoming Indian Bollywood film directed by Sabbir Khan and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. The project will feature Akshay Kumar and Kareena Kapoor in pivotal roles along with actors Aftab Shivdasani and Amrita Arora in supporting roles. Hollywood actors Sylvester Stallone, Denise Richards and Brandon Routh will be appearing in cameos, reportedly playing themselves. Originally scheduled to release in December 2008, the film was postponed due to extensive production work and is now slated for a release on May 29, 2009

KAREENA KAPOOR QUICKLY WANTS TO REPLACE DEEPIKA PUNDOKONE

Kareena Kapoor will be seen romancing her Saif in Raghavan’s spy thriller Agent Vinod . Saif plays the title role and Kareena, his love interest. Reportedly, Deepika was the first choice for the female lead in Agent Vinod but it seems Kareena was in no mood to take yet another defeat from the young star. However, director Raghavan explains that he never approached Deepika for the film. But yes he is keen to work with Kareena for the same.

Ever since Agent Vinod was announced, Bebo was keen on bagging the role and made sure that Deepika doesn’t get away with her sweety pie this time. When asked, S Raghavan confirmed, “I haven’t yet signed her but hope to do that soon. Saif and Kareena Decides To Live-in Before Getting Married

Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor are not getting marrying for few years. As Kareena is just 27 and still have 6-7 more years to stay in the industry, the couple decided not to marry soon. Instead they decided to live in before getting married. Recently, they bought a new flat in Bandra and Akshay Kumar’s wife Twinkle Khanna will design it.

As quoted in news daily, Kareena said, “I have told Saif that I will be giving him points while working with him for Karan’s film and only after the schedule is over will I decide whether he has become my favorite co-star or not. I love the story as its set against a different backdrop. My favorite co-star is Akshay Kumar as there’s a great comfort level while working with him. Lolo and I are also very close to Akshay’s wife Twinkle who is designing Saif’s and my flat in Bandra.”

A close source to the actors revealed, “Kareena doesn’t want to marry so soon. She is just 27 and still has at least 6-7 more years to go before she goes her sister Karisma’s way. Karisma got married only after she felt she had achieved something in her career as an actress. Saif is madly in love with Kareena and wanted to marry her as soon as possible. But Kareena is reluctant. So both, with the consent of their families have decided to live-in before they get married.”

Akshay Kumar worn an Italian suit worth 5 Lakhs in ‘Kambakht Ishq’

Aishwarya Rai was in news when she picked up shades worth 10 Lakh rupees. Recently Asin picked up shoes worth 2 lakhs and now Akshay Kumar has decided to wear an Italian designer suit worth Rs. 5 lakh for his upcoming film Kambakht Ishq.

A source reveals, “Akshay Kumar was shooting for his introductory scene in the film. Shabina had sent nearly a dozen suits, each priced at approximately Rs 1.5 lakh. But Akshay did not finalise anyone.”

He further added, “Then Akshay Kumar and Sabir decided to go shopping. “The scene also has Kareena Kapoor. Akshay Kumar chose a suit, which was much more expensive than what Sajid had imagined. But Sajid and Akshay Kumar are quite close.”

A close friend of Sajid revealed, “Akshay Kumar did not put on any of the suits sent by Shabina. Akshay chose a superb black suit with a hint of blue. It’s a unique piece.”

The film is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and the the movie has been already declared one of the biggest budget films. In this film Sylvester Stallone, Brandon Routh Brandon Routh, and Carmen Electra are teaming with Akshay Kumar and Kareena Kapoor.
